Refund Policy

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns - I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not happy please email me at to request a return authorization. 


  1. Returns should be made within 14 days of the date that you received the item. 
  2.  If 14 days have passed since your receipt of the item we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  4. Items returned without prior authorization will not be exchanged or refunded.
  5. Kodak photo or canvas prints and greeting cards cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged in shipment.
  6. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


  1. Once your return is received I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. 
  2. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
  3. Only regular priced items may be refunded unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


  1. I will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for an authorization.


  1. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jungle Cat Art, 212 Fenn Street #403, Pittsfield, MA 01201, United States.
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the replacement item will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  4. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
